To use: place the steamer on your shower floor and let it dissolve while you shower. Try to place it out of direct line of water to help the steamer last longer. The steam will carry the aroma. For a more intense aromatherapy place the steamer in a shower caddy, the closer the steamer is to you the most aroma you will experience. Depending on how long you shower and how much water the steamer is exposed to, it may last up to 4 showers.
