Shipping policy
All items are shipped within 14 days of ordering, usually much quicker. Some areas of the country are experiencing USPS delays. Those are out of the control of InBooze, but we will do our best to get your packages to you. To check on your order, please click on the tracking link sent BEFORE reaching out to us.
We are not responsible for USPS delivery mistakes, including lost packages. We will do our best to track them down for you, but if the item states "delivered in mailbox", we can't issue any refunds.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
If this option is chosen at checkout, we will email you when your order is ready to pick-up. If we are out of the store, there is a lockbox outside which you will get information about in your email. Please check your SPAM if no emails were received within a week of ordering.
DELIVERY:
We deliver to a 5-mile radius of our HQ at 3090 Pine Ave SW, Grandville, MI. If you'd like a special delivery, please contact at info@inbooze.com
